• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.

Buji999 may request additional verification or place a hold on unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests. If fraud is established, the withdrawal will be cancelled.

Buji999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses generally require a set number of wagers combining both the deposit and bonus amount.
• Each bonus promotion may only be participated in once.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another member.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Buji999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is identified, buji999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

The following rules apply when betting and gaming on buji999:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Game results are determined using an RNG (Random Number Generator) — outcomes are completely fair and unbiased.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager amount will be refunded.
• Winnings resulting from the exploitation of software errors or bugs will not be paid out.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may request account closure at any time. If there is a valid balance, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed. However, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may not be returned.
